RESULTS: impedance measurements - 1
In the passive region the presence of carbides does not produce any evident modification of the EIS frequency dispersions. The behaviour is typical of a coherent passive layer.
In the reactivation region a drastic drop of the impedance values occurs independentely on carbides presence.
Nyquist plots at (-0.2) V/SCE (reactivation region) for AISI 304 SSs not sensitised and sensitised for 5hs at 650°C.
