STRESS-STRAIN RESULTS
- E+I, E+B and C+A: did not show any differential break in the layers, probably characterised by similar toughness.
- H+T: spread cracking of the primer H (very brittle) during extention of the tougher layer (fluorinated rubber T)
- D+A (very tough primer D coated with a less tough top-coat A): cracking of A (maximum of the stress-strain curve) followed by the strain of layer D.
- D: slight work hardening after 100% elongation
